Leather & Suede

We want to support you in taking proper care of your products & repairing them when needed so that they can last in your closet for as long as possible.

Care for Pebbled, Smooth, and Croc-Embossed Leather

1. Regular Cleaning
• Use a soft damp cloth (preferably microfiber) to wipe the surface, removing dust and stains.
• For stubborn stains, use a mild leather cleaner, but test it in an inconspicuous area first to ensure it won't damage the material.
• After cleaning, wipe with a dry cloth and allow the bag to air dry naturally.

2. Avoid Prolonged Contact with Water and Chemicals
• Long-term exposure to water can cause PU leather to deform, fade, or develop mold. If your bag accidentally gets wet, quickly blot it with a dry cloth and let it air dry in a well-ventilated area.
• Chemicals such as perfume, cleaners, and cosmetics may corrode the surface of PU leather, leading to discoloration or damage. Avoid contact with the bag when using these items.
• Do not use a hairdryer or high-temperature items to dry the bag directly, as this may cause deformation or surface damage.

Care For Suede

How To Clean
Avoid any contact with water.
We recommend using a suede or nubuck protective non-aerosol spray prior to use for protection and waterproofing.
Use a dry, clean cloth and gently rub the surface if any watermarks show.
To remove dust, use a specialty suede brush.

How To Store
Store it stuffed and upright, in a dust bag to keep its shape.
