About delivery
We are delighted to offer free standard delivery for orders over 70 euros. For orders below 70 euros, a shipping fee of 8 euros will be charged.
All prices displayed on the a.b.art website, www.abart.com, include VAT, in compliance with the relevant laws. Kindly note that when an order is shipped to your country, you may be obliged to pay import duties and taxes, depending on the policies of your specific country. These charges are collected when the goods reach your delivery address. It will be your responsibility to cover these import duties and taxes. Please understand that a.b.art has no control over these fees and, as these charges vary from country to country, a.b.art watch is unable to predict their cost. We would advise you to reach out to your local customs office for further information.
Our warehouses include locations in Hamburg, Germany in Europe, as well as Xiamen and Hong Kong in Asia. We select the most suitable warehouse based on stock conditions. Therefore, please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. We will ship your order within 1-3 business days of receiving it. We will make every effort to handle your order as quickly as possible.

During checkout, ensure that your shipping address is eligible as we cannot take responsibility for invalid or undeliverable addresses. In instances where a package is returned due to an incorrect address or remains unclaimed after the holding period, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
